This type of cool room looks like a really great place to store all sorts of product. It's incredible that with the right design, you can cool really large areas. I run an ice cream company and we have tons of product that we need to store before and after it becomes ice cream. ReplyDeleteI have always wondered how they manage to get a walk in cooler or freezer in stores and commercial places. From the pictures it seems like the rooms were built and then they installed the rest of the freezer with all the gadgets to keep that room nice and cool. I was under the impression that the freezers were all pre-made and you just walked it in the building. http://www.refrigerationice.com/Services.html
